The role supports and ensures smooth 24x7 running of operations in the in-country data centre while acting as Level 1 escalation point for onsite operational incidents and major issues.

Key Requirements
At least 1 year relevant DC or facility operations experience
Relevant qualifications in building services or mechanical engineering
Facilities management or data centre certifications such as ITIL, PMP, Uptime Institute, TIA-942
Familiarity with ISO 20000 / 22301 / 27001 / 45001 / 9001 standards
