Job Summary
As a Lead / Senior Engineer, Product Development & New Technology for Subsea Production Systems focusing on Subsea XT Systems, you will be accountable for bringing new products and designs to life from initial customer requirements, conceptual design, detailed engineering, testing and qualification through to being approved and delivered to our customers.
You will lead global teams and work directly with all business functions with an in-depth understanding for DFMA (Design for Manufacture and Assembly) principles, providing technical guidance and peer reviews whilst coaching and mentoring other engineers.

Key Requirements
Proven experience in Design Engineering for Subsea Production Systems
