Job Summary

  • Participate on projects across their lifecycle: identifying the problem, analyzing root causes, developing solutions, and working with businesses in the execution of improvement strategies.
  • Responsible for the design, implementation, and monitoring of communication campaigns for each of the bank's individual segments, with the objective of improving the performance of their main indicators.
