Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mechanical or Material Science Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or laboratory environment
  • Strong understanding of metrology principles
  • Proficient with CMM, laser systems, microscopes, calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and 3D scanning systems
  • Strong GD&T knowledge
  • Knowledge of CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
  • Proficient in data analysis and statistical process control
  • Experience with statistical software (Minitab, JMP)
  • Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 16232, ISO 14644, IATF 16949, VDA, and Automotive Core Tools
  • Experience with root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
  • Ability to travel internationally for training and collaboration
