Job Summary

  • This is a highly visible leadership role with accountability for the strategic direction, operational stability, and continuous improvement of Workday across all modules and functional domains.
  • Oversee all Workday modules including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Learning, Financial Management, and Reporting/Analytics.
  • Salary Range: $175,000-$235,000 annually plus annual performance bonus and comprehensive benefits.
