Base: $133,500 - $211,500 depending on location; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary long-term financial incentive plan available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401K, wellness, parental leave

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 10 years family office or wealth management experience
  • Minimum 5 years leadership experience
  • Proficiency in Sage Intacct
  • Deep understanding of GAAP and multi-entity accounting
  • CPA, CFP, CMA preferred
