Job Summary
Champion the digital Guest experience, advocating on the Guest's behalf, and working diligently to build an outstanding experience for Disney Guests.
Assists with translating the digital strategy into clearly prioritized user stories, business requirements and other product documentation including acceptance criteria and test cases.
Supports the ongoing Guest and Cast experience by monitoring product performance, supporting A/B tests and recommending opportunities to enhance the Disney Experiences Digital Platforms, including mobile apps and websites.
