  • Align the BU cross functional teamwork along with the broader organization to ensure fast, robust & sustainable access to the assigned brands while facilitating the patients journey & driving profitable business growth.
  • Lead the assigned both marketing & sales organization by building high performance team to ensure solid planning & flawless execution.
