The position offers a starting salary range of $104,000 - $133,000 USD along with comprehensive benefits including up to 6% 401k match and 8 weeks paid parental leave.
Candidates will drive preventive maintenance strategies and support continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics or Engineering
5 years manufacturing assembly experience
5 years Allen Bradley PLC programming
Proficiency with AutoCad LT
Direct interface with line supervisors
Nice-to-have
Project management experience preferred
Mentorship and technical coaching skills
Cross-functional program leadership
Knowledge of sustainability technologies
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience in an assembly environment
At least 5 years of PLC programming specifically with Allen Bradley
Must be legally authorized to work permanently in the US
