  • This role leads the design and optimization of Human Capital Management processes within Workday while driving continuous improvement.
  • The successful candidate will act as a Subject Matter Expert for Workday HCM and Absence modules in a multi-national transport organization.
  • The position offers a hybrid working model based in either Sunderland or London with a minimum requirement of three days in the office.
