Job Summary
Responsible for pre-activation technical support of Masergy’s portfolio of services, including WAN-LAN integration, architectural design and validation.
Collaborate with Product Management to facilitate the design, development and deployment new product offerings.
This is a night shift, hybrid work setup with 3 days onsite and 2 days work from home per week.
