Job Summary

  • Support day-to-day malt plant operations including malting, milling, mashing, fermentation, and distillation as per defined protocols.
  • Conduct scheduled sensory evaluations of FMS, in-process liquids, and matured spirits and participate in root cause analysis for process and quality deviations.
  • Inspect packaging material before usage and conduct online quality monitoring during bottling, recording defects using digital systems.
