Job Summary
Reproduce and strengthen imitation and reinforcement learning algorithms to support dexterous hand grasping, in-hand manipulation, and flexible operation task training.
Assist in building high-fidelity simulation environments for sim-to-real transfer and model deployment, processing multi-modal data (tactile/vision/force feedback) to achieve end-to-end robot learning.
Assist in solving real-world deployment challenges such as latency, noise, uncertainty, and system calibration, and cooperate with the team to complete large model training, production line scenario optimization, and customer customization.
