The Villages of Jackson Creek is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide remote therapy services, develop treatment plans, and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, with a preference for those with advanced degrees, and must be proficient in relevant software and possess strong communication skills
Job Summary
Evaluate patients within twenty four (24) hours, or 1 business day of physician referral.
Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants in direct patient care and patient related activities, following state practice act.
Instruct patient’s families or nursing staff in maintenance program and caregiver training in preparation for discharge from therapy services.
