Job Summary

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of environmental and related matters, including CERCLA/Superfund, property damage, toxic tort, negligence, nuisance, trespass, indemnity, insurance coverage, and other claims and litigation.
  • Provide legal and strategic support to cross-functional teams on environmental and regulatory compliance, disclosures, investigations, remedial actions, Superfund projects, transaction diligence, and internal policies, procedures, and training.
