This role involves partnering with R&D, MSAT, Quality, and Operations to ensure CMO adherence to stringent standards and identifying business solutions to enhance manufacturing processes.
The Director acts as the primary point of contact for sterility assurance, facilitating QMS implementation, continuous improvement, and embedding GSK's sterility assurance strategy into operations.
