Candidates must ensure accurate reconciliation of payments across Lockbox, Credit Card, and ACH forms within the Wide Orbit system.
The position requires close collaboration with station sales staff to resolve short pay discrepancies and process credit adjustments timely.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Minimum 2 years accounts receivable experience
Strong Excel skills required
Wide Orbit or OSi software knowledge
Nice-to-have
Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting
High attention to detail in fast-paced environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Key Requirements
Degree in Accounting or Management preferred
Minimum 2 years AR or general accounting experience
