Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents in accordance with each resident's assessment and care plan.
Employees must accurately document care provided in charts, flow sheets, and notes while reporting all accidents, incidents, grievances, or complaints promptly.
The role requires the ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 25 pounds along with frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
