Job Summary

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and our organization, developing and managing strategic business relationships while ensuring exceptional service delivery, client satisfaction, revenue growth and contract compliance.
  • Identify new business opportunities with existing customers and partner with Sales to assess and implement these.
  • Partner with PMO and Technology Transfer project managers to assume control of tech transfer projects upon validation and ensure 100% on-time launches.
