Key Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development & Change Management, HR Management, Process Management, or (IT) Project Management, or equivalent experience
  • Professional experience in SAP HXM and HR/IT processes
  • Experience with ITSM processes, ITIL, and the service/customer lifecycle
  • Fluent German and good English skills
