Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Controls Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
15 years’ experience in turbine controls, power plant controls and integration
Strong knowledge of integrated controls systems and interfaces
Demonstrated ability to identify interface risks, system dependencies, technology gaps, and operability impacts
Experience translating ambiguous or non-standard requirements into executable technical scope, cost, schedule, and clear mitigation strategies
