10+ years interconnection experience
ERCOT SPP MISO WECC SERC jurisdiction knowledge
BESS integration and inverter-based resource expertise
Generator Interconnection Agreement negotiation
Power flow stability simulation proficiency
Transmission planning and design leadership
Risk management across technical regulatory schedule
Nice-to-have
Experience with grid-forming inverters
Knowledge of dynamic line rating technologies
Background working directly for DNOs or IPPs
HV station and power line construction design
International project experience in Europe Australia
Collaborative cross-functional team leadership
Strategic vision for sustainable energy transition
Key Requirements
Engineering degree in electrical power systems
10+ years progressive experience in interconnection
Direct experience leading interconnection applications in ERCOT SPP MISO
Proficiency in PSSE or similar power flow simulations
Demonstrated ability to negotiate Generator Interconnection Agreements
