  • Delivers Employee & Labor Relations (ELR) services for assigned areas of responsibility, providing support for university, federal, and state policy communication, training, enforcement, investigation, and remediation.
  • Assists with consulting HR partners, managers, and employees to ensure execution of employment decisions and employee-related matters, applying judgment within defined parameters for core ELR services.
