Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years progressive payroll experience
US and Canada payroll processing knowledge
ADP GlobalView and Workday system proficiency
Nice-to-have
CPP or FPC payroll certification
Experience with Microsoft Power Queries
AI automation tool implementation skills
Key Requirements
Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
Prior experience with ADP, Workday, or similar HR/Payroll systems
Knowledge of shift differential and regular rate of pay calculations
