Base: $87,260 – $107,780 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for target bonus and profit sharing; Benefits: Comprehensive suite including 401(k), medical, dental, vision, and relocation support
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
3+ years industrial experience
High-speed consumer product manufacturing
Cross-functional team performance
Safety and operational performance expectations
Nice-to-have
Extensive tissue making production equipment knowledge
Experience with external technical service providers
Familiarity with Kimberly-Clark engineering procedures
Ability to write and present updates to leadership
Experience with machine startups
