This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of residential lot and home sales - from initial inquiry through executed purchase agreement and escrow coordination.
The Sales Associate will report to the Sales Director and serve as a front-line member of the on-site sales team.
Cultivate relationships with local and national brokerage communities and partner cross-functionally with developers, lenders, title partners, and internal Compass teams.

Key Requirements
