The position requires leading negotiations on high-risk Master Agreements and custom templates while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and ethical guidelines.
Candidates will provide specialized mentorship to staff members and collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, clinical, and external research organizations.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5 years experience in contract law
Pharmaceutical or clinical research industry background
Solid understanding of clinical development process
Expertise in negotiating CTAs and CDAs
Ability to work with legal departments
Nice-to-have
MBA or Juris Doctor degree preferred
Strong cross-cultural communication skills
Experience mentoring first-line negotiators
Proficiency in Clinical Trial Management Systems
Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills
Key Requirements
Law school degree (JD/LLM) or equivalent scientific/business field
At least 5 years of contract law experience in pharma/clinical research
