Job Summary

  • The Sr. Manager, Global Ethics & Compliance will serve as the Lead ECO for Collins Philippines, managing the Global Ethics & Compliance (GEC) program and championing a speak-up culture.
  • This position will support six pillars of the Collins GEC program, including risk assessment, reviews, LECO network management, training, communications, and operations.
  • The role requires serving as a trusted partner to business leadership and functional partners to promote the highest standards of ethical and compliant business conduct.
