Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in process management or engineering
Proven experience with Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement frameworks
Experience with project management
Knowledge of risk management and validation processes
