Answer customer inquiries via phone, chat, email
Perform accurate diagnosis of inquiries
Provide appropriate solutions based on procedures
Assist internal and external customers
Strong command of the French language

Key Requirements
At least one (1) year of customer service experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Business Administration preferred
Previous experience in a multi-channel customer service environment preferred
