Job Summary

  • The Regional Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient delivery and sustainability of Programs, Training & Development and Quality within the Long Term Care homes.
  • Key responsibilities include supporting professional practice, educating and mentoring teams, promoting compliance with regulatory requirements, and ensuring effective operation and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) of the homes.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Valid driver’s license
