Key Requirements
High School, GED, or formal educational equivalent
Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program
One (1) year of work experience in clinical nursing
Current Arkansas Licensed Practical Nurse license
Current CPR certification
Two (2) years of work experience in a clinical environment with direct patient care (Preferred)
Good working knowledge of the state immunization registry, care manager (Preferred)
PCMH experience and care management experience (Preferred)
