Key Requirements

  • High School, GED, or formal educational equivalent
  • Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program
  • One (1) year of work experience in clinical nursing
  • Current Arkansas Licensed Practical Nurse license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Two (2) years of work experience in a clinical environment with direct patient care (Preferred)
  • Good working knowledge of the state immunization registry, care manager (Preferred)
  • PCMH experience and care management experience (Preferred)
