Job Summary
This role translates brand strategy into channel and customer execution, shapes pricing and promotion governance, and leads cross-functional alignment to deliver profitable and scalable growth in Korea.
Own Net Sales, Gross Margin, and Trade Spend across B&W brands (e.g., Vaseline, Pond’s, Clear).
Represent customer and shopper insights in IBP, IPM, and S&OP processes.
