Job Summary

  • Vulcan Elements is manufacturing American rare-earth permanent magnets for a secure, resilient future.
  • You will be responsible for the production of metal, meeting specification, from oxides via electrochemical routes, as well as the process definition, continuous improvement, documentation, and scale – up of electrochemical metallization processes.
  • Partner with R&D, operations, quality, and EHS teams to ensure metallurgical processes are safe, scalable, cost-effective, and environmentally compliant.

  • Proven experience creating clear, auditable, and operator-ready process documentation
  • Experience supporting pilot plants or early commercial operations
  • U.S. Person required
