Job Summary

  • Responsible for complete customer satisfaction for the assigned product category and sales area, while achieving established goals for the FHN Divisions.
  • Directly service customers and coordinate activities to help attain established goals related to Order Intake, ensuring accuracy of quotations and supporting ISM/RSM projects.
  • Participate in trade shows and sales seminars for customers, and assist in the collection of overdue accounts, with regular follow-ups on quotations and leads.
