You will lead the preparation, organization, and monitoring of major unit shutdowns, including the complete overhaul of turbines, compressors, valves, and other massive industrial equipment, requiring expertise in multi-year planning.
You will directly manage maintenance technicians, ensuring hierarchical management, annual reviews, objective setting, and skills development, while guaranteeing work-life balance and consistency of workload for your team.
