Serves as an ID Card/Common Access Card (CAC) customer service specialist trained and certified by the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC).
Performs as a Verifying Official (VO) on DEERS/RAPIDS terminal, ensuring data accuracy and issuing identification cards.
