Job Summary
As an Assistant General Management Trainee, you will play a key role in both marketing and sales as well as management support, learning how to position a hotel from the inside out and contribute to overall business operations.
You will support the development and implementation of marketing and sales campaigns, organize promotional events, and assist the management team with daily operational tasks and strategic decision-making.
The company offers a monthly internship allowance of €500 gross for a full-time internship, free participation in yoga and staff drinks, and development opportunities through Accor Academy training.
