Calibration Engineer 12 Months Contract Location: Tuas Up to $6,500 depending on experience Industry: Pharmaceutical IMMEDIATE VACANCY Our client aims at creating a new manufacturing concept consisting of a new generation of evolutive multi-product facilities, modular, adaptable, and agile, leveraging new disruptive technologies, to better address vaccine business challenges Job Summary: Responsible for managing, setup and optimizing instrument calibration to ensure all systems operate efficiently and meets performance standards. This includes supporting IndySoft (eCal), SAP development for calibration planning and spare parts management, as well as handling master data creation and maintenance, such as functional locations, instrument, maintenance plans. The role also involves collaborating with capital project teams and engineering groups to ensure that calibration-related master data aligns with project timelines, site requirements, and GMP standards Responsibilities: Perform day to day planning and scheduling instrument calibrations. Review and modify the calibration program to enhance the instrument reliability. Initial corrective actions for instrumentation, control and repairs. Familiar and ensure all work conforms to Good Manufacturing Practices. Manage and maintain the validated status of eCalibration system. Manage calibration/ E&I technicians to perform instrument calibration and troubleshooting according to SOP. Manage calibration SOP by generating, optimize and training of the procedures to technicians. Maintain a safe and clean working environment on areas under one's responsibility. Lead and participant in deviation investigation. Lead and participant in change control process. Coordinating with vendors and suppliers for calibration services and spare part procurement.
