The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of relevant experience, particularly in overseeing architectural works and PPVC construction, while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Job Summary
The role involves ensuring all site works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and BCA regulatory requirements for a high-rise residential development.
Candidates will supervise critical technical areas including earthworks, ERSS, basement construction, PPVC modules, and architectural finishing works to meet QM or CONQUAS standards.
The successful candidate must maintain systematic site records, verify shop drawings, and liaise with contractors on scheduling, safety, and progress reporting.
