Job Summary

  • Responsible for reviewing clinic records and interviewing/conducting Parent Visit Assessment/Survey with parents to determine appropriate level of support from the community.
  • Provides entry-level nursing functions and services to individuals and families under close supervision, focusing on the prevention of illness, injury or disability, the promotion of health and maintenance of the health of populations.
  • Conducts nursing assessments, develops and implements a plan of care, provides basic nursing care, and develops and conducts educational counseling and teaching activities for individual clients and families.
