The purpose of this role is to deliver transactional and specialist HR services to one market or a number of local markets.
Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service across a wide range of HR activities, ensuring standardized processes are implemented, and managing Workday data entry and HR document management.
The team collaborates to deliver KPIs and high-quality services that are compliant with global standards and meet business expectations, while also building knowledge of local employment laws.
