Job Summary

  • As our SVP, Finance - RPS Solutions, you will work closely with his/her EVP business partner to deeply understand and partner with the Operations and Delivery Services side of the organization while reporting to the EVP, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer.
  • On a day to day basis the SVP, Finance – RPS Solutions, will direct and lead strategic financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and consolidated reporting for Operations and Delivery Services.

Base: $280,000.00 - $380,019.46 per year; Bonus/Equity: 40.00% target annual bonus plan; Benefits: competitive benefits package

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or equivalent
  • 20+ years corporate FP&A experience
  • 10 years of healthcare experience
  • Healthcare industry financial and operational experience preferred
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Outstanding project management skills
  • Ability to re-calibrate plans (change management)
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
