The Senior Claims Consultant role delivers high quality, fair, and consistent claims outcomes that uphold Zurich’s claims philosophy and enhance the customer experience.
You’ll play a key part in strengthening our claims capability by providing technical leadership, mentoring others, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that help us evolve into a more digitally enabled and customer focused insurer.
