Job Summary

  • This Manufacturing Process Improvement Analyst is responsible for supporting the planning, execution and closure of cross-functional and process improvement projects.
  • Partner with functional and departmental leaders to assess Operational Excellence needs, identify and prioritize improvement opportunities, and apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to deliver sustainable value aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Model and coach Operational Excellence principles, demonstrating structured problem- ‑ solving, waste elimination, and data ‑ driven decision ‑ making, while mentoring teams and leaders on Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years' experience in process management
  • 3-5 yrs in Process management in manufacturing
  • Certified Six sigma Green Belt
  • Knowledge of Change Management
  • Knowledge of cGMPs
