Must-have
ASIC DFT design and implementation
Cadence and Mentor ATPG tools
Hierarchical scan testing and IEEE standards
Memory and logic BIST
HDL and scripting proficiency
Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of Synthesis and Static Timing Analysis
Experience with product life cycle of ASIC design

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 8 years experience or Master’s with 6 years or Ph.D. with 4 years
U.S. Citizenship required
Ability to obtain/maintain active DoD Secret clearance
Experience with full ASIC design life cycle
Experience with Cadence and/or Mentor test insertion and ATPG tools
