Job Summary

  • In this role, you will provide technical leadership and champion the technical vision in the design, development, optimization, and commercialization of mechanical and process capabilities across NA Fiber, Stock System and Tissue Machine assets.
  • You will work closely with various departments of the business to translate business strategy to VS requirements and improve overall VS, while supporting sourcing strategy, ensuring business continuity, and negotiation leverage.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related field
  • 12+ years of Tissue Manufacturing or Fiber Processing experience
  • Proven track record of coaching and developing technical talent
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
  • Effective, consistent communications and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to travel for on-site assessments
