  • Offer guidance on TRICARE resources, benefits, enrollment, and claims, assisting beneficiaries both in person and over the phone.
  • Comply with all HIPAA regulations, maintain confidentiality and proper handling of Protected Health Information (PHI).

  • Eligible to obtain and maintain ADP IT III clearance
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
