Job Summary

• This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who gets energized by ambiguity, rolls up their sleeves to master our product at a molecular level, and uses AI and automation to punch above their weight.
• As an SE, you'll be a trusted advisor to both customers and our sales organization - leading technical strategy in 6-7 figure deals, owning solution design, and setting the standard for SE excellence through your work.
• Beyond closing deals, we use customer engagements as opportunities to prototype and ship improvements to Klaviyo.

• 4+ years in Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales
• 4+ years leading technical strategy in high-complexity Enterprise deals
• 4+ years across modern development stacks
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools
• Strong domain knowledge in marketing automation, CDPs, eCommerce systems, analytics, or data engineering
• Advanced discovery and requirements gathering skills
