Job Summary

  • This role will serve as the in‑market HR lead, driving people strategy, building organizational capability, and ensuring strong alignment between local needs and CLM Hub priorities.
  • The Head of HR will be expected to drive coordinated implementation of HR initiatives across Talent Acquisition, Rewards & Performance, Talent Management, and HR Operations.
  • We are looking for a strategic and experienced Head of HR to lead the Human Resources function for Prudential Myanmar (PMLI).

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
  • Proven experience coordinating HR initiatives
  • Solid understanding of local labor laws in Myanmar
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Master’s degree or HR professional certification preferred
