This role will serve as the in‑market HR lead, driving people strategy, building organizational capability, and ensuring strong alignment between local needs and CLM Hub priorities.
The Head of HR will be expected to drive coordinated implementation of HR initiatives across Talent Acquisition, Rewards & Performance, Talent Management, and HR Operations.

Key Requirements
Minimum 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
Proven experience coordinating HR initiatives
Solid understanding of local labor laws in Myanmar
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Master’s degree or HR professional certification preferred
